25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns or a full in-house credit.

Product warranties are voided by customer misuse, liquid damage, or attempted self repair/modification of equipment. Warranties will also be voided if the equipment is used outside its intended purpose.

For cross-continental purchases, a wire transfer is required prior to shipping.

Priority shipment orders placed after 4:30 p.m. CST require verbal authorization from Tiger Telecom.
